Once student and parents have submitted the waiver you will be directed to the payment site.

Enter $65.00 per ticket in the order amount.

If you wish to add an additional amount that will go towards sponsoring all seniors regardless of their ability to pay please put the total amount (including your senior’s ticket price) in the order box. Use the notes box to indicate that you would like the remainder to go towards scholarships.

Waiver

I completely understand and realize that participation in the above mentioned event or activity could include actions or tasks which might be dangerous or hazardous to me.

By signing below, I agree to the fact that participation can cause any harm or injury to me. I release the organizing committee and the individual members thereof as well as the Eagles Nest from all liability, costs and damages which could arise from participation in the above named event or activity. I agree to accept financial responsibility for the costs related to this emergency treatment and given my confirmation of the same by signing this document.
